“Stayed here lots, good hotel”

“Beautiful property. Staff in restaurant in spa were lovely. Bar lady in hotel was miserable. Front of house staff could have been more friendly. Could be an amazing experience. Management needs to work on the staffs front of house skills.”

“Delicious food”

“La habitación estaba muy limpia y cuidada. El personal era muy amable y el desayuno delicioso. Muy recomendable. ”

“Great customer attention, room specious and clean, lovely stuff. Dinner menu can be better, but breakfast was lovely. We will be back definitely. ”

“Wonderful room.. No TV, which we knew, and that was a pleasure. Staff very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them. The Wi-Fi will be needed, if you want the internet, as poor reception. Excellent breakfast to top it all. Third visit, we'll be back again, maybe next year. :)”

“The room we had was on the top floor with no lift which was a bit hard with two little kids and luggage. The door wouldn’t close properly without slamming it. The shower gel was empty in the room. The room was dated and the windows were stiff to open and close. The breakfast was pretty good with a good range and the information for the room was okay. “Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room. Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check...

“Lovely old pub with lots of character. Friendly staff and great breakfast.”

“Hotel is a little tired compared to last time we stayed. Food also not as good as it was. Needs some TLC to bring it back to more than a wedding venue or golf retreat.”

“Only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and it’s a lovely place!”

“The moment you walked in the door, you were greeted with an excellent welcome. The room was fabulous, and spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Food and service , both in the evening and at breakfast was excellent too. Would thoroughly recommend.”
