“Becca and Tony made us feel very welcome, both before arrival and during our stay. The lodge was very comfortable and well equipped. Some of the automatic, sensor lights seemed to take a bit of working out with some switches not in an obvious place.Tip: Take or buy a rubber mat for the shower rooms, especially if mobility is an issue.Very quiet and dark at night.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Mulberry lodge during Valentine’s weekend. Upon arrival the romantic package was set up and my girlfriend absolutely loved it, and made a lovely start to the weekend after a long journey on the motorway. Throughout the weekend we used all amenities especially the dart board and hot tub. The location over the pond was to die for and we even spotted a kingfisher. The lodge itself had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and store all the food and drinks....

“We were a group of three families (plus a dog) and the house and gardens were phenomenal. The kitchen and the secret garden were our main areas for convening. All facilities were great, and as an avid cook, the kitchen set up and equipment was top notch. ”

“Well located and gorgeous flat. The main issue was noise, as it is not well insulated from noise outside (noise from the kitchen staff from the pub opposite smashing the bins until midnight) and from the flat below (could hear the couple being intimate), so although the bed is comfy not ideal to get a good night sleep.”
