“Pros: Great location and value for money. Nicely decorated in shabby chic style. 3 beds ranging from soft to firm. Clean, comfy bedding with a variety of pillows. Plenty of towels & wash cloths in bathroom. Good A/C and kitchen amenities. Multiple porch swings. Cons: Thick layer of dust on ceiling fan blades and 1 portable fan. Cobwebs hanging from kitchen blinds. There is a very strong mildew smell that takes a bit to get used to but a large air purifier runs nonstop to take the edge off....

There was a paper towel in the sink filled with dirt, there were washcloths inside the washing machine dirty, some paper towels in the garbage can, and the front bathroom had issues with the toilet. “Nice place in a safe neighborhood. Owner was responsive to request but the VRBO app has some latency issues so the direct messages aren’t immediate. Note that the en-suite doesn’t offer a convenient desk space for computer use, but I was able to improvise (it wasn’t list to have, but might be good to know for the business traveler).
