    Modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Weybridge, Surrey - just a short walk from the station. Bright open-plan living, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area.

    The second bedroom includes a screen and desk, ideal for remote work. Perfect for business or leisure with parking and all home comforts.

    Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a welcoming foyer that flows into the open-plan living area and the bedrooms.

    The fully equipped kitchen offers all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare home-cooked meals, with a dining area that comfortably seats four for cosy breakfasts or dinners.

    Bedrooms
    The spacious master bedroom offers a luxurious super king bed with ample storage for your belongings along with an ensuite bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

    The second bedroom features a king-size bed. It can be pushed back to make a single/day bed so you can use the room as an office.

    Great-sized desk for working from home. A cupboard to store your belongings.

    Both bathrooms are sleek and modern, with the ensuite showcasing a spacious shower and the family bathroom equipped with a relaxing bathtub.

    The bright living space is bathed in natural light from large windows and features a single large sofa where you can unwind and enjoy your favourite Netflix shows. Step outside to a peaceful courtyard just off the living room—a perfect spot to relax with a drink or a good book.

    The entire apartment is yours to use at your leisure. As we still use the home when travelling for business, there are some cupboards / areas that will have personal belongings. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.’

    Please respect your neighbours. NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the premises immediately by security. This is a strict policy of ours, and you will not be due a refund. Any damages will be charged, including lost keys / call out to open if you loose the keys or complaints from neighbours.

    - NO parties, smoking, or vaping are permitted inside or outside on the patio due to building rules and respect for our neighbours. Violations will result in immediate removal and charges for any damages or services.
    - NO more than 1 car per booking as the building complex does not have space for any more. You guests can park outside the property on other streets near the complex. Please respect this!
    - NO wondering to other neighbours properties, our ground floor flat has a small patio outside the living room doors. Please respect our neighbours and their privacy.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
