An enclosed courtyard at the rear can be enjoyed all year round, perfect for a spot of alfresco dining!
Put your feet up after a day of exploring in the cosy living room, where you can enjoy views of the sailing boats in Weymouth Marina right across to Radipole Lake beyond. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a wall mounted flat screen TV and even an XBOX 360 to keep all ages entertained on rainier days. Also on the first floor is a newly fitted bathroom, complete with large walk in shower and seperate bath.
Both bedrooms are up on the second floor, the double bedroom at the front of the house shares the same lovely views as the living room beneath. The twin bedroom is just across the hallway. Both bedrooms are immaculately presented and benefit from shared use of a cloakroom with wash hand basin and W.C.
