This is the third time I've been to the Hide and it never fails to impress. The hosts are wonderful, the location is perfect for trips out, and the Hide, itself, is perfect for a quiet retreat. We tried the vineyard tour and tasting which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. Thanks to Karen and Simon. We'd come back tomorrow if we could!

Karen and Simon are excellent hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hide is an amazing place to stay in a picturesque location on their vineyard. Equipped with everything you could ever need to make your stay more enjoyable and furnished to a high standard with amazing finishing touches. this is a true gem if you are looking for a truly relaxing getaway. would highly recommend to others and would stay there again ourselves.

Amazing vineyard views, the hide is done out beautifully with all the pots and pans you need for indoor or outdoor hob or bbq cooking so you need to bring nothing. Wood burners in each room and a fire pit outside for cooking/ marshmallow toasting makes it so cozy! Hot tub is so much fun to heat with the wood burner and so relaxing to look over the vineyard sat with a glass of vino. Completely isolated and so peaceful. hosts are so friendly and helpful. We booked the vineyard tour and cheese and wine tasting whilst there and it was gorgeous, so much food! 10/10 would recommend for a chilled out getaway. Within driving distance to so many beautiful places. Honestly think this is the best glamping style accommodation we’ve ever stayed in, feels so luxury with little touches like dressing gowns and lovely smellies! Couldn’t have been better, thanks guys x

I’d highly recommend staying at the Vineyard! Amazing location and plenty to do in surrounding areas (ideas supplied by hosts) along with lots of amazing scenic areas/places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return again soon! Really friendly and helpful hosts✔️ Any questions/queries were sorted with quick response. Loverly for a nice quiet getaway.

We had an amazing relaxing 3 night stay here but now wish it was for longer. The Hide was immaculate with everything we needed and so much more. The owners have done a great job to offer something unique, relaxing yet top quality and made us feel very welcome. We're so glad we found this property.

The Hide is one of the most picturesque, private and intimate locations I have ever seen. Karen & Simon’s attention to detail is clear throughout the hide from their modern yet charming decor to their wonderful customer service. They ensured our stay was perfect and nothing was too much trouble for them. We also had the opportunity to go on their wine tour. Where they again, went above and beyond to make our honeymoon extra special with little personal touches. Thank you Karen and Simon for making our time at The Hide so special for us. Beautiful hide away for a peaceful and relaxing break away with my husband. Being back to basics but with a chec feel was perfect. Everything was beautifully presented and enabled us to have a romatic break with true quality time together. Would definitely recommend using the hot tub for peaceful evenings and the fire pit for rustic, tasty meals. The hosts were happy to help when asked but otherwise left us to enjoy the escapism. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for an escape from the everday stresses of life or for a romatic break away.

Karen was a very helpful hostess from the point of booking well before our visit, with lots of local info to help us plan our stay. On arrival we were given a quick tour of the area with all of the info needed to get the hottub up and running. The location is wonderful, one of the most private places we have ever stayed (in England). The bed comfortable, the bathroom was the nicest we've had on a glamping trip, the hottub easy to use even though wood fueled, and the living area and kitchenette tidy and functional. Thank you for a truely great weekend away and all of your help.

The property is charming and has beautiful scenery to enjoy a coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine at night. The drive to the beach is only 15 minutes away with some beautiful walks nearby with parking available, also not far from the property. The management of the property was fantastic, clean and cosy, with the hosts available to help at any time we needed them and were very friendly. We would also recommend the wine tour and tasting around the vineyard. We can't wait to come visit again!

We had a lovely stay at the Hide. Karen and Simon were wonderful hosts and really took time to show us around and get to know the place. We loved how private and secluded it felt. We really enjoyed spending time in the hot tub, and there's plenty to see, do and eat nearby. We'd love to visit again in the future!

This was our second stay at The Hide and it was absolutely amazing. Karen and Simon are wonderful hosts and made our stay perfect. The Hide has wonderful facilities and is beautifully clean. We really enjoyed the addition of the wood-fired private hot tub, sitting in this in the evening watching the sunset over the vineyard was just perfect. The location of the Hide is very peaceful and you really feel relaxed and get to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. We were very lucky with the weather so went to various beaches during our stay such as Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove which are only a 30/40 minute drive away and are well worth the visit. Thank you Karen and Simon - we already can’t wait to plan our next visit to The Hide next year!

Really great experience, unfortunately the weather was rubbish during our stay which had a bit of a negative impact on out visit - but this takes nothing away from the hide, it's in a wonderful location, it's kitted out with all you would need and Karen was a fantastic host, happy to help with anything you needed. We would like to visit during the spring/autumn as we feel it would be an entirely different experience - and we could properly enjoy the beautiful vineyard too. Our only negative is that staying during the winter when it's dull and dark pretty much always - some more lighting around the huts would have been useful. THE HOT TUB !! - you MUST make use of the amazing wood fired hot tub, set in a little section of woodland just a minutes walk down through the vineyard from the hide. This was really a great experience and truly peaceful and relaxing.
