The Space:

Paradise on Pipi is a spacious family bach with two living areas and has plenty of room for the whole family. The bach is part of a 2-unit complex, you will be renting one 1 of the units that are attached.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, the first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has three singles. There is a kitchenette with an oven and a fridge, a small table and chairs and a comfortable lounge area with doors that lead onto a patio with a great view and access to the beach. Head upstairs and here guests will find an open plan living space with a comfortable lounge, a flat-screen TV, dining table with seating for 6 people, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favourite holiday treats. The large deck is accessed from the lounge and has an outdoor table and chairs and amazing views of the beach and out to Donut Island.

The main bathroom is upstairs as well as two more bedrooms, each with two single beds. There are also 2-day beds available which means the house can accommodate 11 guests.

There is plenty of parking space so feel free to bring the boat and check out all the amazing fishing spots the area has to offer.

So, pack up the car and kids, don't forget your bucket and spade, and head to Paradise on Pipi for a fantastic family holiday.



Guest Access:

Guest will be using 1 of the 2 units. This unit is on the right when viewed from the road.



The Neighborhood:

Whangamata is about an hour and a half from Auckland, Hamilton or Tauranga and is a popular coastal town with a fantastic surf and swimming beach. Take a kayak tour to Donut Island or take a trip or hike to Wentworth Falls. There are plenty of shops and cafes in the town or take a drive out to Opoutere Beach and check out the Coastal Bird Reserve, or grab your paddleboard and head to the estuary where the waters are a bit calmer. Let's not forget that Whangamata is home to the famous Beach Hop held every March for a week where vintage cars, caravans and motorbikes from all around NZ are showcased. Vintage markets are operating and it's a family-friendly party atmosphere not to be missed!
