“Comfortable”

“Everything was very good. The room looked clean, the staff gave me a call and messaged me about the details of the room and required facilities prior which was actually very helpful, no problem with the parking at all, and we had a really good time. We were so tired but this stay gave us a good relaxation and sound sleep. Also, my husband left his jacket so I reached out them, I was really happy to see them responding very quick, friendly conversation, and very thankful for their help to get the...

“Staff were friendly and place is neat. Just awesome.”

“The room was immaculately presented. Plenty of parking and excellent service from staff. Staff went way beyond all expectations.”

“Great location but not a happy reason for staying- I was pallbearer at my partners funeral, which was at the very nearby funeral home. Very handy to the city where my friend (who had brought me up from Kapiti) and I had dinner on the Sunday night. Good parking right by our rooms. Very friendly, helpful reception staff member. Good amenities- mine recently refurbished I think. Excellent colour choice for decor and a very comfortable bed. Thank you.”

“The Dog Box Accommodation is a truly relaxing place to stay. The accommodation is very comfortable, making it easy to switch off and unwind. Set in a beautiful, calm environment, it offers a wonderful sense of peace and privacy. A lovely space to be in — restful, welcoming, and just what you need for a relaxing getaway.”

“Clean, tidy, well equipped. Good heating and electric blankets.”

“The room was spacious and very clean and the amenities block and kitchen were close by and suitable for our needs. Need some maintenance on the entry door to the unit it as it dragged very badly on the floor and was also surpised there was no hot water in the unit. Overall it was a good overnight stay.”

“Should have high water pressure for shower Good location”

“Beautiful and clean property. I do have to highlight that the bedroom and bathroom are very tiny compared to kitchen and living space. I found you have to go side on to get past the bed and there isn't room to dry yourself after the shower without bashing into the bathroom door. Loved the muffins and coffee. Thank you”

“We had a great time, great place. The house is well built. It's like stepping in to a different time line with modern comfort. There was a space for everyone. The host was understanding and accommodating. ”
