“The recently renovated one bedroomed house was tastefully done, it was immaculately clean, extremely well equipped, everything appeared new and well looked after. Netflix was a bonus. Great communication from Kerri. A few minutes walk to the river and about 20min stroll to the centre. The Yellow House café just 2min walk away is highly recommended!”

“Wow what an absolute stunning place. We were definitely not expecting this. Out in the country with a view from our upstairs room out over the valley. Private deck area with Kereru in the trees beside us. Frances even left us with feijoas, homemade muesli, yoghurt bread, milk and spreads which was not expected. “Kia ora! We used this whare as a research retreat to do some writing and some deep thinking. The accommodations were lovely, clean, and tidy. An extra nice touch was a load of wood being dropped off at the whare if we needed it, and a 10% discount at the cafe, literally at the end of the driveway, was very convenient and a lovely touch of hospitality. Thank you, Emma, for looking after the crew. Highly recommend”
