Great little place to stay. The hosts were very quick to reply to messages. They have a portable A/C unit that they brought in as it was very hot when we stayed. Their pup Boone came to visit on the last night we were there. He is such a sweet pup.

It was lovely to step into our clean, quiet cabin to discover the air conditioner running already. We so enjoyed not being connected to the world for a few days. We especially enjoyed the fire pit. Boone, our guard dog, visited us every day to get his dose of scratches and attention. We both had time to work on our particular projects. I managed eight small paintings. Super delightful.

We reserved the cabin for a couples weekend. We arrived later than expected, but the host was extremely understand - there was a blizzard and driving was hazardous. When we arrived to the site, the exterior lights were lit up and it looked like something out of a Halmark movie. We bunkered down in the cabin the entire weekend, leaving once to get some supplies we forgot. It was a great trip and we truly enjoyed ourselves.
