I recently stayed at the Cristal Lounge Hotel and have mixed feelings about my experience. The location is absolutely perfect, nestled in an ideal spot that made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of their way to make guests feel at home. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Throughout my stay, the bathroom had a persistent urine odor that was quite unpleasant. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, it unfortunately was never resolved. This aspect definitely put a damper on an otherwise pleasant stay

El lugar del hotel esta perfecto , tienes todo cerca, un poco caro el precio de la habitaciòn para la calidad de la misma, la limpieza no fue buena y las habitaciones son pequeñas y con lo básico. Todo se cobra aparte, no hubo agua de cortesia. Lo recomendaria por su ubicaciòn.

Disappointing, not recommended.
El hotel esta viejo y en mal estado de limpieza. Llegamos y la cafetera tenia café frío y viejo de algun huésped anterior, había un par de calzones sucios de algun huésped abajo de la cama, el cuarto es muy pequeño y no debería de permitirse para 4 personas, llevábamos únicamente 2 maletas grandes y dos de mano y era prácticamente imposible moverse, dejaron activada la alarma del reloj que probablemente había puesto el huésped anterior por lo que en muestra primera mañana los despertamos con una desagradable alarma a las 6am. Un día nadie realizo la limpieza de la habitación, de manera general, no creemos que la relacion calidad precio valga la pena de ninguna manera, no lo recomendaría.

Buen hotel para quedarse en Whistler
Buen hotel, muy bien ubicado en whistler, probablemente de los hoteles con mejor ubicación del pueblo. El hotel fue renovado hace un tiempo, el lobby y áreas son bonitas y los cuartos están en muy buen estado, los cuartos son bonitos y cómodos, de un tamaño no tan grande. La cama me pareció regular, no incomoda pero tampoco como de esas camas de hotel que uno desea al hospedarse en un lugar.

LA LIMPIEZA, LA HACEN CADA 3 DIAS, Y LA VERDAD NO VEO MOTIVOS PARA QUE SEA ASI. EL COSTO ES RELATIVAMENTE ALTO, Y ESTA SITUACION NO PERMITE SENTIRSE COMO EN UN HOTEL.

El hotel está bien ubicado, llegamos en autobús y está a solo 50 metros de la terminal, en general muy bien lo único que no me gusto es que no hay limpieza de las habitaciones por el COVID-19

The pool and hot tub were closed and we did not get informed and couldn't get a refund to move to another hotel. I asked to get credit for 2 of the 3 days and Jasmine would only give me a 1 night's free stay and when I recieved this it said I couldn't use it for weekends...
