We overall had a good stay in Whistler, but definitely make sure to gather your check-in info well before you arrive. We realized about 20 minutes before pulling up that we hadn’t received any access instructions. Calling property management went unanswered, though they luckily texted back about 5 minutes before we got there. Just as a heads-up, the check-in counter is about 75 meters away from Eagle Lodge since it serves three different lodges. The front desk staff were great, but keep in mind they're separate from the property management company that manages the suite. Also, if you're driving a larger truck, be aware that the underground parking stalls are super tight.On the bright side, the waterfall shower is hands down the best shower ever, such good pressure, we were obsessed lol. The host was also accommodating and let us have a late check-out, which really made up for the check-in stress and was much appreciated.The main suggestion for the host would be looking into the bed setup. For starters, the mattress is rock hard and definitely needs a replacement. On top of that, it felt noticeably smaller than a standard queen like advertised (more like a double), and sitting about 4 feet off the ground just wasn't very comfortable. Fixing the bed situation would make a huge difference for future guests, but overall we enjoyed our stay!
