“We received a lovely warm welcome upon arrival before being shown to our very spacious and well appointed en-suite bedroom. The double aspect room was light & airy with views over the moor on one side & church yard on the other. The hospitality tray had a good selection of tea, coffee & water plus some delicious homemade sweet treats. “A wonderful stay with a beautiful room (well rooms as it had a seperate living and dining room) over the top of a Proper Pub, (wooden beams, walls covered in old brewery and pub stuff) music in the background but not so loud as to drown out conversation. Great selection of ales. Really couldn't fault it. Nice breakfast basket in the room, milk and OJ in the fridge. We were overlooking the beer garden but the noise wasn't excessive.
