Ranchos en Whitby

“Such a lovely hotel , staff are great especially serving, I did like this that special touch , great that you can park just across from the hotel , not much of a walk into Whitby , rooms are spotless, maybe could do with a update but very comfortable thanks for welcoming us”

“We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings”

“La ubicación del hotel es excelente, las vistas fabulosas, las habitaciones son sencillas pero limpias”

“Vista increíble e inolvidable, personal amable y atento, muy bonita la decoración del hotel, único punto en contra es que no tengan aire acondicionado”

“Room was very clean and the Breakfast was fab….. definitely worth a stay 😊”

“Bar Staff not very helpful ,a lot of swearing from the bar staff does'nt sound good, apart from that had a very good stay”

“Good breakfast and ok for a short stay”

“The room was described as a “comfort room “ we loved it! It was surprisingly spacious enough, beautiful decor and soft furnishings. The bedding and towels quality were exceptional. Hospitality tray and outlook were lovely. If I had to give a small negative, there was a slight odour in the bathroom, from probably the cloths/ mops used to clean, a bit “ sweaty socks” type of odour which lingered. On another practical preference negative, the restaurant is beautiful, ambient and amazing service...
