  • Esta cabaña tradicional de pescadores es un excelente escondite junto al mar, cerca de la playa y de la histórica casa de Whitby del Capitán Cook. Planta baja: comedor / cocina. Escaleras abiertas a la planta baja: sala de estar. Empinadas y estrechas escaleras de caracol al primer piso: 1 habitación doble. Cuarto de baño con ducha en el baño y aseo. Escaleras muy empinadas al segundo piso: 1 habitación doble. Gas carbón efecto fuego incluido. Calefacción central de gas, electricidad, ropa de cama y Wi-Fi incluido. DVD. DISCOS COMPACTOS. base para iPod Microonda. Cobertizo con lavadora y secadora. Banco empinado hasta el estacionamiento, 500 yardas (al costo). No Fumar.. Escondido al final de uno de los pintorescos callejones en el pintoresco pueblo costero de Robin Hood's Bay, esta encantadora cabaña de pescadores con vigas es perfecta para escapadas durante todo el año y está a solo 1 minuto a pie de la playa. Con un cómodo interior contemporáneo, se encuentra a 50 yardas de pubs, cafeterías y tiendas y a solo 5 millas de la popular Whitby, una fascinante ciudad portuaria asociada con el Capitán Cook, los grandes barcos y la leyenda de Drácula. A wonderful cottage in the heart of the Lower Bay. Comfortable and cosy, close to the sea, amenities.

Excellent location and a great base to travel from to visit other areas. Local pubs are fab and the coastal walk to Whitby is lovely. Scarborough only half hour in car so plenty to see and do.

Sharrow head cottage

This little cottage is a gem, location is amazing. From arriving to leaving it has been the most relaxing week ever. The cottage was equipped with everything you need there was absolutely nothing we were without, and the welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch. We can't wait to get back. Thank you Jo. Xx

Cosy, compact, convenient

The cottage is compact, but every inch of space is used to the maximum to make it a very comfortable, cosy place to base yourself. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. The living area is tiny, but with a comfy sofa and armchair is fine to hang out in. The stairs are very steep, especially to the attic bedroom (come down in reverse and use the rope provided!) Ideal for a family with younger children (who will love the attic bedroom), but I managed to negotiate the stairs as a reasonably fit and active grandma😁 The cottage is at the bottom of the hill, very ancient for the beach and main village.

Delightful old cottage at the bottom of Robin’s Hood Bay.

Delightful old cottage at the bottom of Robin’s Hood Bay. Warm and cosy and a wonderful retreat after a hard days walking along the Cleveland Way. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower to soak those aching muscles! Well equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals if you are eating in. Loved it. The cottage was perfect, although we would have preferred the cooker to have been checked first so that it worked. The boys loved the attic room and the location was perfect for the beach, pub, excellent fish bar and restaurant. A short stroll to Ravenscar to see the grey seals. A real quirky cottage, very close to the beach and with bags of history, loved the hidden spiral stairs, children really liked their room on the top floor and the bell in the kitchen. A good informative folder produced by the owners gave an in depth history of ownership of the cottage that made interesting reading. A well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room with Netflix and comfy beds made our stay enjoyable, and it's dog friendly - what more could one want.
