“As seasoned travelers over decades, both within Australia and OS, we had high expectations for this 2-night stay which were not met, given the price point. This was not a cheap stay, but we were happy to pay for a different 'experience'. Nice area but! The obvious things included unlike what was advertised about "Free Wi-Fi. Available in the cottage" it didn't exist. We didn't even have mobile reception unless we walked to the 'Telstra pole' (their written advice in room) at next property where...

“The cottage was conveniently located to drive to Port Arthur historic site as well as hikes with beautiful views. The gardens on the property were beautiful and it was a quick walk down to the water for sunset views.”

“The cabin 5 was clean on arrival but needed a lot of maintenance and updating. The air con vibrated, the bed side lamp flickered, the bathroom sliding door dragged making it hard to open and close, there was no smoke detector in living- sleeping area, the fire blanket was on wall above hotplates, the bathroom fan was noisy, the requested bed for 3rd person wasn't made, the table was all loose and spun. But it was comfortable.”
