We enjoyed our stay on the farm and give it 4.5/5 stars only for noise. You can hear the guests in the other unit, but the beds are comfortable and the apartment was clean. We appreciated the Christmas tree! It was a nice place to stay while visiting family in the area, and we would book again. The unpaved road is in good shape and was not an issue.

Great stay! Perfect for my daughter and I traveling for a weekend Lacrosse tournament. House was well stocked, exactly as described and clean! Host was very prompt with all communication and thank you again for being flexible with the checkout time! Will stay here again if we are in the area for a tournament!

Amenities were great. I had trouble with the stairs and the dirt road was not great for my car. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and the place was perfect for what we needed.

Nice property, clean.But the walls are quite thin and the guests in the adjacent apartment were loud until 1am and we couldn't sleep. If you stay, you are not the only tenants.

Exactly what we were looking for

Rural apartment

The apartment is spotlessly clean and pleasantly decorated. There are extra towels and blankets. The surroundings are beautifully rural and quiet. However, the paper thin walls separating the two apartments make it not so quiet inside. The master bedroom is excellent - quiet and comfortable. The second bedroom is quiet but has an old mattress with depressions that make it unsleepable. The third bedroom with twin beds is comfortable, but it abuts the adjoining apartment, so you can hear snoring through the wall. The kitchen is minimally adequate. There are errors in the listing. There is no dishwasher and no iron/ironing board. It was difficult to use a computer in the apartment because the only table was in the dining area and it has no electric outlet near it. I ended up putting my computer on the coffee table, but that was very low and made the computer awkward to use sitting on the sofa. One night was cold and I put the heat on. Thermostat was easy to adjust, but did not allow any temperature above 70 degrees for the heat. Hosts communicate well. Entry was easy. We enjoyed walking through the beautiful wooded area surrounding the apartment.

We had a very nice stay. Very clean and spacious and close to the town where we needed to be. So glad we opted for this VRBO over a hotel as a family.

Nice stay

This is a great little apartment. The host was great at communicating. Be aware the that if you click the address in the online posting, it will map you to the wrong address. The address in the posting says be thing, but it will map to the wrong place. The host addressed this in their messages but not clear for me catch what was happening. Not a big deal, was only a 15 minute detour. Overall this was a nice stay. There are a few minor things about the apartment that need fixed and would have elevated my score… master bedroom door doesn’t latch, closet door missing, sink sprayer is not attached to anything, and bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) could have been more generous. Also, we arrived at night and the porch was dark making for a clumsy entry. Truly these are minor things, and we overall had a great stay. This is a very rural location. Beautiful scenery.

Weekend in White Hall

We stayed here as it was close to a family function scheduled for the weekend, so we were really on there to sleep, but overall, the stay was great. I would recommend an additional outside light (there is a motion light, but it doesn't come on until you are right upon it). Also, hooks for towels would be great! It rained most of the weekend, so we were unable to use the firepit and make smores, but the smores ingredients were a great idea! Thank you! Cindy

Nice place!

My husband, son, and a friend stayed here for the weekend. We were in town for my friend and I to run a race, and this was a clean, comfortable place to stay nearby. It had everything we needed. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to explore much outside but we walked over to stay hi to the horses. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again if in the area.

Quiet

My daughter had a lacrosse tournament nearby which is why we chose to stay here. It was clean and cozy. If you are looking to just get away from everything, this is the place for you. It is SO quiet. Super nice change of pace.

Perfect Stay!

Our stay was a very quick 1 night stopover en route to see family, but it was absolutely perfect. The apartment layout with twin beds in 1 room is very conducive to traveling with kiddos! We will definitely be staying here any time we’re in town.

Serene and Quiet

Pros: very quiet, gorgeous horses and scenery that were very friendly (albeit disappointed we couldn't feed them ha), VERY spacious apartment that I wasn't anticipating, neflix and disney plus ready to go without having to use my own log in, snacks left on the table, temperature upon arrival in the apartment was very comfortable, lots of kitchen resources for cooking Feedforward: I hateeee when a shower curtain touches me while I'm in the shower. I had to keep pushing it away in the master; a curved shower rod would resolve that. Vertical hooks in the master would allow a 2nd towel to be hung up and night clothes. The beds were ok but very bouncy and loud. Everytime my partner or I rolled over, I woke up so that was a bummer. Lastly as a woman, 1 ply toilet paper is a bummer. Overall though, great stay we would do again!

Quiet Serene location

We really enjoyed our stay and the location is pastoral and serene. The host was very responsive to every communication. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We especially liked making smores by the campfire and the wood was provided.

Perfect!

This place was absolutely perfect. We were here for 5 nights. It was our home away from home. It’s out in the country so the evenings are peaceful. We used the fire pit for a wonderful evening fire and relaxation! Comfortable and clean accommodations. Our other family members stayed in the place next door and it was great to be close and still have our own spaces. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
