“This pet-friendly house was the perfect place for a late-June home base for our UP adventures. Having laundry available was especially helpful after riding the dusty trails that were also muddy in spots. When we were there, the only AC was a 4,000 btu window unit in the living room. “This was a great place to stay while exploring Porcupine Mountains, Keweenaw Peninsula, Apostle Islands, and Lake Superior Beaches. Nice central location. Host was excellent with communication. On Thursdays, you might even get the option for homemade pasties to be delivered. House is spacious, couches are comfortable. Many items provided to ensure you can eat at the house. Loved the experience”

“We felt right at home in this house. The key pad was fussy when we first arrived, and VRBO's app did not help us reach the host...not her fault. Maybe the host could message her cell to future guests for emergencies. The house was adorable.
