MOLD, Dust, Cobwebs on downstairs window. No window AC's. They were removed the week prior but we had a hot weekend. Couldn't open window first night as no screen. Housecleaning did come and give us expandable screens the next day. Could use a coat of paint and new carpets. Staircase is tough. Would not stay again.

Overall, this was a nice and very conveniently located property. The condo is very centrally located to Woodstock, Hanover, Quechee, and White River Junction. The small kitchen is well stocked with plates, basic equipment etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, though the common spaces could have used more thorough dusting and the rugs are a little smelly. Be aware that cell service is very limited--not the owners' fault but something to be aware of! The one thing we were disappointed by is that the quechee club access is not really what the vrbo ad promised--there is no short-term membership option, and the a la carte pricing is quite high, so this did not feel like a viable option for a family to use regularly.

Nice place overall and a very convenient location. Property was very clean and well equipped for a weekend stay of 4-5 people. The village of Quechee is very cute. Only thing to be aware of is the spiral stairs which could be tricky for people with limited mobility.

Senior Issues

The youngest of our party was 81. Spiral staircase with luggage proved challenging. Wi-fi password access would have been most helpful. Tried opening doorknob after entering code. Very unsuccessful. Too old and dumb to open lockbox for key. Otherwise, very wonderful tourist visit and very appreciative overseas Korean guests seeing magnificent Vermont for the first time.

Warm and Cozy but not as clean as advertised

Enjoyed our stay, plenty of room, cozy, warm. Unfortunately the bed sheets/mattress covers were extremely dirty. We couldn’t sleep on them. Went to the store and bought sheets. Everything else was good and as advertised.

Quechee condo

Our group of 4 adults had an enjoyable stay at this Quechee condo. We found it true to the listing, and a convenient location for outdoor activities as well as shops and restaurants. Plans for skating and cross country skiing had to be changed because of the rain and warm temperatures, but we had a great day at the Vermont Institute of Natural Science, and highly recommend it. A couple of concerns about the condo -- snow was not cleared from the rear access, upstairs and downstairs, creating a potential safety hazard in the event of an emergency. Also, something to consider if you like to sleep on a hard mattress -- one of the beds was soft, perhaps with a memory form mattress.

The Nest

We had a great time during our stay. The Nest worked out perfectly for us and was super cute. My only negative comments would be the total lack of water pressure in the kitchen sink and the fact that only one bulb out of four was working on the light fixture in the kitchen. There was also no info on where to leave the key upon check out. Overall, a great place to stay.

2020 Dartmouth Graduation in 2022

Very Comfortable! The Beds were so comfy. Some of the plugs confused me, wasn't sure if I needed a light switch. I am an outside person, could have the back cleaned up a little. I'm not sure I'll be back in that area again, but I would stay again. Thank You!

Camp Drop off

Place was great! Clean and spacious. AC worked in the heat. At check in the employee who greeted us was so rude and had such a sour attitude. I own rental properties and if somone greeted my guests the way she gave me dirty looks I would be so ashamed. Thankfully her nasty attitude did not ruin our lovely stay.

Perfect location

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at Dartmouth. It was so nice to stay in Quechee away from the busier areas. The unit was perfect for us. The AC was just right even with temps reaching the high 80s (coming from ATL where everything has central AC, this was a worry for us). We love being able to do laundry right no site. We would definitely return!

Cute property in a quiet neighbourhood

This property had everything we needed. It was quiet, comfortable & clean. It could use a screen in the back bedroom to allow for air flow as the warmer weather arrives. The fans were very useful!

Cute and cozy spot perfect for family or friends

Our group had a great time at this condo! Everything was exceptionally clean and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. It was such a cozy place to come back to after a day of skiing at Killington (only around 40 minutes away) and a spot I would definitely recommend!

Clean and affordable compact condo

Enjoyable stay in Quechee Lakes area. The unit was clean and is in a great location. Our favorite aspect of the property was access to the Quechee Club. We used the outdoor pool and ate at Deweys restaurant.

Quick trip with a toddler

Had a lovely stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and small but efficient. Visitors should be aware that the washer and dryer are coin operated, so bring quarters, and there is AC only in one upstairs bedroom.
