Fabulous location and views! The house was perfect for our group of 7. We really enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. Furnishings were great and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed and the house was well stocked with supplies. We stayed Christmas through New Years and the TV in the living room is small (27 inches). We wanted to watch the college football playoffs and our choice was to either huddle around the small TV where there was more seating in the living room or sit around the kitchen table as the large TV is in the kitchen eating area. I also wish there had been an option to set up a Christmas tree which we would have paid an additional fee to include. This has been an option at other rentals we have stayed at during the holidays. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful lake views with direct lake access. Loved taking out the kayaks, sitting in the hot tub, and enjoying grilling and sunset watching on the decks. Kitchen was nicely stocked and decorated. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay all around. Close to town for great restaurants and shops. Look forward to returning!

Absolutely stunning lake house getaway! Amazing property with everything you need to enjoy the lake and Whitefish. Owner’s crew were super communicative and helpful. New deck is fabulous for sunrises and sunsets. Dock is perfect and well equipped with kayaks, SUPs and floats. Hot tub is great!

"Perfect Lake Retreat—Just Missing Our Pontoon!"

The only thing missing from our stay at the lake home was our pontoon back in MN! The kayaks and paddle boards were a big hit with everyone, and I really appreciated that there were toddler life jackets available. The house had everything we needed, and we especially loved spending time on the deck—particularly grilling out.Morning coffee and evening wine on the deck with those beautiful views were a highlight. Hearing the loons in the evening was such a peaceful bonus—it truly reminded me of home.

Great stay on Whitefish Lake

We really enjoyed the beautiful lake house. The views were amazing! Unfortunately the weather was cruddy so we weren’t able to take advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks. The house was great and very well equipped. Just like the listing mentioned, there are a lot of stairs, some of which are narrow, so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues. It was perfect for us, but my inlaws had a harder time than I expected with it. However, we loved our stay and would stay again!

Awesome Extended Weekend

We had a wonderful time. We arrived in Whitefish early and let the property manager know, who was able to work it out for us to check in early. The location was great with a view of the lake and short drives to the ski hill and town. The drive through driveway was a bit was a bit slick and steep (as mentioned on the site description), but we were able to get in an out without problems. We also took advantage of parking a vehicle in the turnout spot off the road before the driveway. The house had everything needed for those of use skiing and those just wanting to relax. The hot tube was great and super relaxing at night and we had a great time. Additionally, when some valuables were left behind the cleaning crew promptly alerted the property manager, who reached out to use to arrange getting them back. Super impressed and happy with everything and how nice and accommodating everyone was during our stay.

Holiday ski

The property was perfect for our 2 families - plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The view of the lake is breathtaking! Close to the ski hill and restaurants/shopping. Loved the hot tub! We are already planning our return next winter!

Perfect getaway

We spent two nights in this great house right on the water. A family of 4 (with two littles) plus a couple of friends and not only had plenty of room but also a great set up. View was stunning and enjoyed a.cold plunge each morning in the lake. Highly recommended

Wonderful Montana Experience

This house was better than described. While very close to Whitefish it was secluded and provided a relaxing experience. The homeowner left good directions for the home, and everything was else was easy to figure out. The house was well appointed. From bear spray, puzzles, coffee, etc. the owners are very thoughtful when it comes to providing for their guests. The Coke in the fridge was helpful for a Jack and Coke after a long day of travel. Extremely close to Whitefish and an easy trip to Glacier National Park made the location very convenient. The porch and dock on the lake were perfect!

The perfect lake house!

Absolutely GORGEOUS property!!! Our family loved every single thing about our stay and wouldn’t change a thing. The home is well stocked with various things you may need all the way from infant to adult. Location is perfect! Just close enough to town but still far enough away to be quiet. We spent so much time on the porch making memories to last a lifetime.

Epic vacation

Had an epic vacation in Montana. Enjoyed our stay at the modern lake house. Besides the two days of septic issues and one day of road closure everything else went smooth. Beds were comfortable and house was stocked with plenty of toiletries and cookware. The outside deck and dock on the lake was a great place to relax and unwind at the end of our sight seeing exploration. Wish we could have stayed longer. 😀

Perfect getaway

Glacier National Park Dream Home

This house was nestled right on Lake Whitefish which was only a short drive to the West entrance of Glacier. The owners thought of everything down to cooking utensils, stocked pantry, swimming towels, floats, even the dock had its own private shed where we found kayaks, SUP’s and fishing poles! 10/10 would stay here again and absolutely would recommend!

Lake Front Baby!!!

I have been to Whitefish and know the lake well & this location is fabulous!! Great street with a tight knit community and friendly people as I met a few of them. Excellent part of the lake, quieter towards the North, easy drive to town. The house has a great layout, excellent view and walk down some steps to your own dock. Hot tub is very nice feature at the end of a long day! The house is very comfortable and all the necessities are there...actually we went to the grocery store first and found plenty of kitchen extras as every body buys too much and then leave for the next guests :) We had a couple very minor things but Ruthanne was amazing, quick response and right on it! For the location, price, view, and Property Manager, I don't think you will find a better house...Get On The Lake!!

Wonderful stay on Whitefish Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed this house! The views of the lake are great and having a dock on the lake was just what we wanted! Spacious rooms and lots of windows! Great owner and property manager. We loved our stay here!

Retreat/staycation of our dreams!

Our group consisted of two married couples that were seeking a weekend getaway. Our musts were a hot jacuzzi, accommodating kitchen, private floors for each couple, and a lake view. This place delivered and exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. For anyone interested in this lakehouse, I would be mindful of how many vehicles will be staying here. The driveway could only fit about two to three cars, so you may want to consolidate the cars as best as you can. There was an unexpected plumbing issue that was of no fault of the homeowner or property manager, and they went above and beyond to make it right! They are absolutely the most kind and salt of the earth people with how they treated the situation. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Great stay on the lake

Our family of 6 was super happy to spread out in this spacious home after 4 days of hiking. Well-stocked and great kitchen. Gorgeous views of the lake and - since it was the only cool day of our visit - we enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing property with an even better property manager!

Drew and team took a rough situation and turned it into a phenomenal experience! When my account got hacked and the stay was cancelled the property management team leaped into action to make sure my stay could go according to plan! The property manager got us in the property for our originally scheduled time! Drew and team were very sympathetic to the situation and responsive! Beyond the amazing customer service the property is gorgeous! The view and access to the lake is unmatched! The hot tub is such a fun way to warm up after a day on the mountain! The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils. To finish it off the giant tv was perfect for watching the Super Bowl! If I could rate better than 5 stars I would! I will definitely be staying in any of the their properties again and I recommend that you do to!
