“The house was beautiful and was selected because of the amenities, Hot tub and fireplace/fire pit. I had reached out a day or 2 before to ensure they would be ready to use. Upon arrival, there was barely any firewood, especially not to use in and outdoors. The hot tub had such a terrible odor to it and was not ready for use. “The house is spacious and cozy--plenty of space both for spreading out with friends at the big dining table, or catching up with cocktails in the common room. Kitchen is spacious, too, and a blast to make big dinners in. The bedrooms have plenty of closet and storage space for long stays. There's only one catch: during colder days, the difference in temps upstairs and downstairs are noticeable. Upstairs can get a bit stuffy if the thermostat is set high, so tone that baby down by five degrees...

“The property was even better than described. It was a delightfully cozy cabin. Everything appeared new and well maintained. The cabin is in the trees off the main road by quite some distance. It has a well marked entrance and was easy to find, even in the dark. No ambient light at night meant star gazing was terrific. The bed was comfortable. Elmer was an excellent host and responded promptly to any questions. We highly recommend this as a place to stay if you find yourself in the area. ...
