“Our family had the pleasure of staying one week at Founder's Manor. We have been visiting OIB off and on since 2007, and this house has always intrigued us. The inside was exactly like the photos shown, and the furnishings are authentic and beautiful. We had more than enough room for our family. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. “We spent 2 nights in the house with our kids and our friend’s family. It was the perfect size for the 11 of us. The water access, proximity to the beach and closeness to stores and restaurants was great. Most of us grew up in the Carolinas and have been to beaches our entire lives but this was our first stay in Ocean Isle. It definitely won’t be our last though as this is our new favorite beach. ”

“This place was perfect for our beach weekend getaway. It’s close to the beach, near several restaurants and a Food Lion grocery store is nearby. It’s a great location. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I thought the bed in the primary bedroom was a little hard but after a day on the beach and a couple of margaritas, I slept ok. Having a W\D there is handy (we didn’t use for our short trip) and the water pressure in the primary bath was good. I’d definitely stay here again. ”
