Whitby Retreat is a comfortable two-bedroom converted garage bach with one bathroom, perfect for a small family getaway. Conveniently located close to town and just a short drive to the beach, it’s an easy and relaxed base for your coastal holiday.
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double-bottom, single-top bunk bed, ideal for children or extra guests.
The open-plan living area is warm and inviting, with comfortable couches and a flatscreen TV with Freeview, along with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for laid-back evenings indoors. There is also a dining table and a small but functional kitchen equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.
Step outside to the covered patio area where you’ll find outdoor table and chairs, creating a fantastic all-weather space for dinners, drinks, and card games with family and friends. Roll-down sides provide shelter when needed, while festoon lighting adds to the relaxed holiday atmosphere.
The large flat section includes a concrete pad perfect for parking the boat — please note that boats are not to be parked on the grass. If you’re lucky enough to catch fresh fish during your stay, make use of the fabulous covered filleting bench. There is also an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach or out on the water.
For added convenience, the washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the garage, which is also available for guest use.
