The house has a cosy living room with a SMART TV and plenty of space to sit down and relax in the evening after a long day at work.

The dream house for a summer outdoors! We have a beautiful south-facing courtyard with an outdoor sofa set for 4 and a BBQ.



FAMILY FEATURES:

We have a travel cot with mattress for your use - please bring sheets as these are not provided.



KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine & washing machine.



LAUNDRY FACILITIES:

We have a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board for your use.



BATHROOMS/TOILETS:

There is 1 bathroom at the property with a toilet, sink, bath and shower.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. From the comfortable bedroom to the well-equipped kitchen and relaxing lounge - it's all yours to enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential area close to the heart of Whitstable.



Getting Around:

The high street is close by which is accessible to all the bars and restaurants . The beach is a 10 minute walk. Sit and watch the famous sunset and sip a glass of fizz .



The bus stop and railway line are close by to visit Canterbury and Faversham.

Easy access to London with an hour drive or use the high speed line from St Pancras to whitstable and London Victoria .



Other Things to Note:

🏡 RULES:



No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.



🚗 PARKING:



There is free parking on the streets surrounding the property. Please see our house manual for recommendations of where to find spots.



💡 THINGS TO NOTE:



Steep Spiral Stairs: There are steep spiral stairs in the property which must be climbed to access the bedroom and bathroom.



Railway Line: We are opposite a railway line with a lovely view of passing trains. Whilst we have very good double glazing, passing trains can be gently heard.



🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy:



For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays.



👶 Travel Cot:



The travel cot does not come with linen.



🐶 Pet Policy: Up to one small, well-behaved pet (under 10kg) is welcome. Pets must be kept off all soft furnishings and beds, and are strictly limited to the downstairs area. They must not be left unattended and must not cause noise or disturbance. Guests are liable for any damage or extra cleaning caused.
