“Good location, the room needs some TLC. Pans need replacing, carpet is worn, Mattress is hard, toilet is hard to flush, tub takes awhile to drain. TV and Wifi was excellent. View on backside is awesome. ”

“Adequate space for our party of 4. The lift was fun. Curtains for the higher windows would’ve helped with the light, but not a big deal. We had an issue the first night figuring out the shower and it seemed our question was responded to by an auto attendant and not a real person. We figured it out eventually on our own, but if you had a real issue you might not reach an actual person. ”

“Convenient for everything”

“The main issue was no consistency in the hot water and the one shower in the unit had intermittent or no water pressure. Vacasa was notified but no one came to rectify the issue. The lower level baseboard heat did not work and neither did the small gas heater. We used the small gas fireplace, once we found the remote to operate it, to heat the lower level.The place was clean, well supplied, and conveniently located, but without a working shower we left early and did not get any refund.”

“We were very disappointed. The view outside the balcony was totally obstructed by a large sliding glass window that was waiting to be installed, so we had no view from inside the living room to the outside. The shower walls had what appeared to be black mold on them along with orangish mold. The shower handle was displaced. The TVs were totally non-functioning. The washer and dryer were down the hall outside the unit, and you needed coins to operate - this was not relayed to us in the...

“(it was not a snow time of year so no comment on those activities)the unit is on the 2nd floor so requires 2 sets of stairs in and out, which should be noted upfront for those who may have difficulty with them. Also, the spiral staircase to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathroom looks intimidating but actually had great rail support and tread traction, so we got used to it.the unit was very clean but not with smelly chemicals, which we appreciated.it was also very well appointed with...
