We had a wonderful family weekend at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the house and kids amenities, from the high chair and pack n play to the mini kitchen and reading nook. The pool was fantastic. We had plenty of space with the 5 bedrooms, large gathering areas and outdoor space.

The Magnolia House has something for everyone! It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near sports games, shopping, walking trails, park, restaurants, and night life. If you are looking to just stay in, there is plenty of things to do for all ages. The host is easy to reach if necessary and communicates only when neccesay. I will definitely be booking this property again!

Mainsgate Wichita Rental

Lots of room for gathering. Nice for everyone to have their own space. Pool space is nice but foliage is weedy. Ant problem in the kitchen so we couldn’t leave food out at all. It has been everything you need for cooking inside and out. Game room down stairs is great also.

Our family stayed at the home coming into Wichita for a family graduation. It was clean and had plenty of things to keep us occupied. The pool and out door area were great as well the basement had lost of games. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Wonderful Large Gathering House

This house was wonderful, and they were super accommodating when we needed to deal with some inclement weather that came through. It comfortably slept a full house of adults with plenty of space. Everything you could need in the kitchens to cook large meals and several small kitchen appliance options.

Nephew's wedding

We came to Wichita for my nephew's wedding, with the whole family from Chicago. The Magnolia house was Perfect for our family! The teens had fun in the basement & hot tub. The kitchen was absolutely a dream come true to cook in. Jim & Bev responded immediately to our request for towels & even had brand new towels delivered to us. Great hosts, great home & will be our 1st choice every time we visit Wichita.

We found the house to be in good shape, but we were not impressed with whoever does the cleaning. We found dust at the top of lampshades and the shower curtain in the upstairs Bathroom is not in good shape. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be cleaned, it appears something has been spilled and it needs a good cleaning.

Lovely

We loved staying here during a conference we attended. The pool and hot tub were fantastic extras and we enjoyed swimming a couple of afternoons. The bedrooms were great for our group and the sleep number bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. We ordered pizza in one evening and the dining room table was a very nice place to gather around for conversation and food. We thoroughly enjoyed the home.

Wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful property, and just as expected from the listing. The couches and beds were comfortable and all of the spaces had sufficient amenities (pillows, blankets) to make things cozy - it really felt like home! The space was great for a family BBQ & baby shower, and the kids loved the pool and playing air hockey in the basement. The owners are attentive, kind, and highly responsive. Highly recommend this property for a family getaway or get together!

Wonderful reunion for forty year old friendships!

We used all levels of the house, with gathering places to fit all 8 of the group and smaller areas to accommodate smaller/singular activities. The swimming pool was large with multiple areas to lounge and enjoy the outdoors.

Family Fun

We . . . our three grown children and their families - eight grandchildren . . . thoroughly enjoyed this amazing property. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a HIT with the kids . . . .they made use of it everyday. The property had everything we needed. It was a FIRST for all of us to visit Kansas. We would reccomend the Sedgwick County Zoo . . . Botanica . . Exploration Place . . . Kansas Aviation Museum . . .It was a great stay!
