The home had lots of room for families. Really nice touch with two Christmas trees set up. Communication with the host was very good. Location was nice with a school near with a playground. The house could use a little more maintenance. Overall it was nice for a big family.

The house is lovely and is good for multi generational families. Fun game room downstairs with 2nd TV area. We weren’t aware until we arrived that you can’t have shoes on in the home. This was very difficult for 5 out of 9 people that are over 65 as there is not a bench in the entryway to put on or take off shoes. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Good kitchen appliances, pots and pans for large dinners. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and well ordered. Kitchen supplies were excellent with plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans.The beds, linens, towels and such were very nice.We loved the deck.TVs were plentiful and worked well.The neighbor was quiet and safe. There is a school playground close by for the kids.We hope to stay here again in the future

Great house for family time

We needed to go to Wichita to take care of some things for my elderly mother in law. However, 3 of our kids families and 7 of our grandkids live in the area as well. Although only a few of the grandkids actually spent the night with us, it was place for all of us to gather, break bread, catch-up and watch some basketball. Alexandra, was a great host and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to renting it again in the future.

Thanksgiving

We had a Thanksgiving gathering with 9 people staying at the house (5 adults and 4 children). The house was impeccably clean and there was plenty of room for all. We played games, cooked, watched football and had a wonderful time. Alex was very prompt in answering questions and super easy to work with. It was a great holiday!

Great getaway

Loved the house. Had plenty of space for all of us. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not far from all the shopping areas. Would definitely stay again!!! Highly recommend Alex and this house.

Great Place with lots of extra touches!

This property has it all! 3 king beds, a queen bed and 4 single beds, plus a pool table, selfie wall, screened in porch and hot tub! Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean and checkout was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again when I need a place for a large group!

Family Reunion

We had family travel from three states to gather. Was a little frantic when our usual hotel was booked and had not done a vacation rental before but everything was great. The house was beautiful, spacious and had all the amenities as advertised. All the bedrooms were very large and comfortable. Everyone had their own space and we all had a wonderful time together. The host Alex was very friendly and responsive to all my questions and always quick to respond. We would definitely stay at the West Side Ruby again!

BEST HOME EVER!

What an amazing and pleasant surprise! This is the most wonderful home! The house is HUGE, with the basement completely build out with its own kitchen, living room, and dining room. There are three bedrooms with king beds, one with a very small full bath, and all upstairs. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen, and one with two twins and a bunk bed. We only had five, but you could sleep up to 12 here! This host thought of every single detail - everything in the kitchen, a TON of towels and washcloths, along with everything else you'd need in a bathroom. The decor is gorgeous, the beds are SUPER comfortable, and the giant fully screened in patio with seating for 10 is to die for! The hot tub is quite a perk and was just what we needed. The location is perfect, so much pride of ownership in this neighborhood, which is just minutes to a grocery store, a Walmart, and tons of places to eat. The host was wonderful to work with, everything as promised and more. We would consider traveling to Wichita to see our family more often if we got to stay in this home! Thank you for an incredible vacation!

Beautiful, spacious, clean, well-stocked

West-side Ruby is a gem. We had lots of space to stretch out yet be together when we wanted. With 4 separate dining areas (2 outside), we had lots of room. The kids took over the basement with a large wreck room and their own fridge/sink/dining area. Every bedroom and living room has a tv with lots of viewing options for your favorite shows. Soaps, paper products, and garbage bags are all well stocked. Alex is great to work with and responded to several questions we had while we were there. The neighborhood is quiet and we hardly even saw anyone.

Wonderful Midwest Hospitality

We had the most amazing weekend celebrating my daughter's wedding. The house was perfect for our large family. It is located in a cute little neighborhood, quiet, and close to many amenities. It offers everything you can think of needing away from home. It is decorated beautifully! The beds were comfortable, and there is plenty of space to be together, or find a quiet spot alone. We are already planning a summer stay to get to use the screened in back porch. Thank you Alex, you made our stay comfortable and easy to manage!
