So when I checked in the lady with dark hair I didn’t see her name tag was rude she handed me a paper to sign and I am one that reads before I sign , I had a hard time wading the 3 rd spot to initial with out my reader glasses on she snatched it from my hand and proceeded to read it to me like I was stupid! Then a gentleman was in the lobby having family issues on the phone she yelled at him and told him to leave cuase he was drunk , he wasent drunk at all got my key and left for the room , the walls in the bathroom of room 203 needs painted bad , coffee maker didn’t work and leaked water all over . I over paid for this room I won’t be back due to paying 258 a night only choice in town and rude staff . The guy working young kid was nice but the other lady she was rude there were 2 women one was shorter than the rude one she actually stepped in she was nice . But the other she needs to cool her jets or be fired I won’t have someone treat me like I am stupid .

I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and I contacted the property directly to do so. They told me I had to go through Expedia. Contacted Expedia and they tried several times to contact property to help me cancel and nobody answered. I lost my money because of this. Several other people on my team were able to cancel and get their money back, but i lost mine due to no response from hotel.

The room looked nothing like the rooms pictured on the internet except for the head board. It was very small. The property is old and has had a few updates. The heater was not one of them. It woke us up everytime it came on...like a diesel truck starting. Our nieghbors was just as loud! The bathroom fan which comes on with light was really loud too! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Great stay. Had a wonderful time!
Rooms were clean, but the door was difficult to open and there was a loose tile, but we spoke to the night manager and she assured us it would be fixed. We opted not to have it done until after we checked out. She was WONDERFUL! We were also having trouble with our TV, but that's just because we didn't understand all the controls on the remote. Sherri came to our room and showed us how to use it and spent some time with us to be sure we were happy. Excellent customer service. We left our cell phone behind and one of the staff found it in the sheets of the bed. They called us right away and then gave the phone to Kendra at the front desk who will mail it to us overnight. Once again, above and beyond on the customer service! We will definitely stay here again! Breakfast was really good!

Good location
Loved the location - within walking distance to many local restaurants. Personally, I didn't think the room was incredible, but it was clean enough. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We were reminded at check-in that if we were there past 11 AM, we would be charged for another night's stay. Quite rude, I thought - it would have sufficed to say that 11 AM is check-out. I guess that's a problem for them at this motel. It's an old motel that has been taken over by BW and remodeled at some point. It was $200 incl. tax for my husband and I, which I suppose is what it is now days for average accommodations.

This is a neat place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The only thing was getting the water hot. So you have to let the water run for 5 minutes to get it warm (especially in the desert the water shouldn’t be wasted). Other than the water issue I would stay there again.

It was a non smoking room but I found a crumpled empty pack of Newport’s on the floor when I walked in. My room was extremely small. It was very clean but I could tell it was an old property. Front desk staff were very nice and always had a smile on their face. Breakfast was great. Parking is very cramped. I like the fact it walking distance to pretty much all of Wickenburg. Overall choices of hotels are pretty limited but I would stay there again.
