This is an excellent hotel on the edge of Leipzig city centre and Old Town and within a 10 minute walk of the shops and main attractions. The staff at Reception were most welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was particularly good and great value for money. Hotel Dorint would be an excellent choice for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Leipzig.

Hotel is not air-conditioned. Unfortunately my stay coincided with a heat wave. I was able to move to a room on the cooler side of the building. Leaving the window open was precluded by street noise.

"Great location for exploring Weimar’s key sights, and right by a bus hub for buses to the station or other places (such as Buchenwald). We arrived very early but they had our room ready and were happy for us to access it as soon as we arrived. Room was a good size and comfortable."
