“It was pretty good overall. No light switch near the bed, the duvet was too heavy. I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute. But these are all minor points, overall it was good.”

“Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. “Lovely stay, easy access to Lytham which I prefer. Owner very helpful. Good breakfast enjoyed being served at the table by friendly staff. Car park tight, no problem for us as there was free street parking.”
