“The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, I was able to leave my case at reception as I was off out for the day, and wouldn't be back till the evening. The hotel was lovely had a good relaxing feeling. My room was very clean and cosy. Bathroom was clean, however the hot water in the shower went cold after a short time. Not to bad a thing as the cold water woke me up and I was ready for the day (04.00). The bed was clean and comfy however, it felt like the bed was on a slight slop. I felt at...

“I liked the outside of the building. The inside was awful. Water stained ceilings. Old smelly furniture stacked up in the corridor. The Window was kept open with a piece of wood, I didn't know until I closed the window. I had to lift the window to close it, only for said piece of wood to fall out and nearly hit someone. Shocking. Tha fan in the room did not have front guard on, I was unable to use it. Bathroom had paint peeling from the skirting around the shower. Mould on the sealant. ...

“Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned.”

“It was great value for our one night stay. If you’re looking for a location near the beach, train station and the bus stop to Ryde or Ventnor then it’s great. The rooms were small but the bed was comfy and we had tea and coffee provided in the room as well. Check-in and check out were really straightforward and everyone very friendly. Many thanks.”
