“Very enjoyable stay”

“Peaceful and beautiful! Fall asleep to the sound of the river. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional, and the lounge gave us plenty of room to spread out. We had access to a beautiful private garden as well. Note that there are very few services in Canonbie-the closest grocery stores are in Gretna.”

“Really loved out stay at Little Mell Fell. Great instructions to find it. Set up really well for either a couple or a family of 4. Love that it's pet friendly. Was really clean and felt relatively recently done. The location was great to get around Ullswater and out to the surrounding lakes. ”

“What a beautiful location and lovely little cottage. We were worried about the size of the bunk beds as we didn't realise they were not full size but my daughter and friend (5'11" and 5'9" found them very comfortable). The track up to the house was more of a problem. Glad our car has lots of clearance - a small car would not have managed those pot holes!”

Located at the edge of a quiet village with local pub less than 10 minutes walk away. Staff at the Hub were friendly and helpful, food and service excellent! Close to Brampton, small town. Well positioned property for walks or visiting Hadrian's wall, Carlisle, or even Scotland. We highly recommend this property. Owners friendly...
