“Location: Great location as it was within a 5 min walk to old town shops and restaurants. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Room: Had the top floor suite which was spacious and had everything you need for a short or long stay. Fully equiped kitchen and good views over the town. I would stay here again. Also I had good communication with thstaff via WhatsApp.”

“The host was difficult to communicate with. She did not answer emails or phone calls. She sent instructions in German the day before we arrived, despite knowing that we were British. We collected the keys from the key box but did not know which apartment was the one we were staying in, just trial and error until we found a door the key fitted. We found some towels in the bathroom that were damp and looked as if they had been used. I reported this but did not hear anything from the host. The...

“My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.”
