“THE WHOLE FACILITY EQUIRES AN UPGRADE. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS OF POOR QUALITY. A RE-THINK NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE INTERNAL OF YOUR BATHROOMS . YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC STAFF. I WOULD RECOMMEND ZANDILE FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING. SHE WILL MAKE AN EXCELLENT MANAGER AT ONE OF YOUR RESORTS. BOTH YOUR RECEPTION STAFF HAVE GREAT DECISION MAKING SKILLS. USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.”

“The property is in a beautiful location with access to a beautiful beach. Gardens/pathways are well maintained. The spa is excellent. Small problem areas are - teapot in room still full of old tea/rust colored water in the kettle/wooden strip above the lounge curtain fell off/dinner was mediocre (risotto was terrible - stodgy lump)/back of house area behind our villa had garbage lying around. Devil is in the details. ”
