“Nice and helpful staff. Clean an totally equiped apartament, kitchen, etc. All the amenities availables, swimming pool (inside and outside), the space (all very good maintened, trees, gardens, etc).
The place is 15 km far for Gatlinburg, which could be an advantage or not. For us it was because of the calm and quiet of the place. But, in other hand, you will need the car.

“Loved the customer service here, you don't get the friendly people like that anymore. We really enjoyed the staff Ashley, Destiny and Miles were great people. The AC didn't work great and it was really humid in our room, but we never said anything because it was only overnight or we would have moved rooms. Otherwise it was great.”
