Los condominios Hawaii Kai están a solo unos pasos de la playa y tienen una agradable piscina refrescante para relajarse en esos calurosos días de verano. Admire las impresionantes vistas desde su propio balcón privado. Capture los amaneceres de la mañana sobre el océano y las puestas de sol sobre la bahía. Este espacioso condominio moderno de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños ofrece una sala de estar de concepto abierto. La cocina bien equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama y encimeras de granito. La sala de estar cuenta con 3 sofás (6 asientos reclinables) y un nuevo Smart HDTV grande con cable premium. El juego de cocina para 4 y el comedor para 8. Wifi gratuito, lavadora / secadora estándar, estacionamiento cubierto para 2 personas, parrilla a gas compartida, baños con piscina al aire libre son solo algunas de las comodidades.

Dentro de un par de cuadras puede disfrutar del Sunrise Park, un parque infantil gratuito frente a la playa y el Centennial Park, donde puede disfrutar de los conciertos gratuitos de verano. Puede subirse al tranvía al aire libre que se detiene directamente frente a los condominios Hawaii Kai y, en pocos minutos, estar en el famoso paseo marítimo de Wildwood o dirigirse hacia el sur hasta el pintoresco Cabo de Mayo. Golf, paseos en bote, pesca, pesca de cangrejos, alquiler de bicicletas, etc ... están muy cerca.

Loved this property

We rented the condo only for one night as we were in town for a family wedding and wish we had been able to stay longer. Everything was clean and nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was incredibly responsive and very helpful throughout the process. So glad we found this place and would gladly stay again if we are in the area again. Thank you!

Very Comfortable on all levels

Beds were clean and comfortable. Very clean and great location. I was just surprised there was no starter basket. No salt pepper dish detergent toilet paper or sponge upon arrival. You can get them at a dollar store to start the renter off with. It’s just a welcoming gesture. I have not rented in New Jersey for years so maybe that’s just the norm. All and All we loved it.

A one night stay

This home was beautiful! Tastefully decorated and very large and comfortable. We only stayed one night and didn't venture to the beach, but the location seems perfect for a summer vaca! Plenty of room for many guests to spread out. The kitchen was stocked nicely too. Would highly recommend this property!

Good time

Property was very nice and I would stay again. However, you need to bring many items I would have expected to be supplied, such as soap for shower, scrub pads to clean pots & pans, garbage bags, more paper towels and toilet paper. We had to run out to buy each of these items. The property is 1 block from the beach but is in the back of the building so the only view of the water is from leaning over the balcony. Also, parking is limited to 2 spots at the building but they are extremely tight. I gave a 5 rating because the Condo was very nice and Dana was easy to communicate with.

Great location and spacious condo

Beautiful condo with all the comforts of home and comfortable furnishings. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the condo appeared spotless until a pile of dirt under the the sofa was discovered; it was not just dust, it included candy wrappers and a comb. This condo has 2 bathrooms, I believe the bathroom at the pool should not be advertised as part of the condo. It was great to have covered parking spots and I would definitely stay again. Dana always answered our phone calls and answered our questions. I am sorry we didn’t call her sooner regarding the smokers on the balcony below us, she said she could have called their condo owner to end it. There is a no smoking policy on the property which pleases me.

Very nice, clean condo

Condo was even better than online photos. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, and nice furnishings. The 2 table areas were very helpful and all bedrooms were beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future. Owner was very helpful through whole process.

Awesome condo

The condo was awesome! Since the weather did not cooperate, it was great to have a comfy and cozy condo to relax in. Host is very responsive... even helped when we needed jumper cables. :( Hope to go back!

Beach therapy

The condo was very comfortable and clean for all of us. Plenty of room, kitchen was well equipped. Not comfortable using the veranda because high up(3rd floor) and small children with us. Enjoyed the pool and beach!

Great time at the beach

Just finished a wonderful stay at this condo. The place is beautifully furnished , clean, and well stocked with everything needed for a fantastic beach vacation. The location is excellent.. close to a few small restaurants, the bike rental, and a quick walk to sunset lake . We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We'll be back! Thanks Dana!

The property is better than the picutres.

We just returned from a week spent in this condo. We were very pleased with the property. It had everything that we needed and was very clean and nicely decorated. It was a short walk to the beach which was important with all of the baby equipment. One of the best things about this was dealing with Dana ,the owner. She was understanding and so easy to work with. We hope to return next year for another family vacation,

The inside of the condo was very nice, clean and had enough room for our family.

The condo itself was nice and the bedrooms were a decent size but the property advertises for 2. 1/2 bath, not expecting the half bath to be at the pool. With a house that sleeps 10 , if the bathrooms were in use for toileting or showering purposes, other people had no mirrors to use to get ready in front of . The tv in the twin bedroom had no usb and was not getting a signal. The first day we arrived the pool was closed and we were unable to even use the grill. There was limited seating at the pool area. Multiple lounge chairs at the pool were frayed and ripped in the seats . We also had To hold one of the umbrellas while sitting at the table due to a little wind and the umbrella not staying securely in the stand and at one point had almost blown out of the table. On our last night there after a little rain, the pool had been locked and once again had to change mealtime plans due to not being able to use the grill. The property also advertises that it is ocean view, the only way you could see ocean is if you leaned over the balcony and even then i wouldn’t consider it ocean view. Another negative was the fact there was no where to keep beach things/ chairs etc. Although there were quite a few hiccups and downfalls, we made the best of it but, although a nice condo, clean and the owners were attentive to our questions and concerns, overall the property as a whole was not what we had expected

Modern and Comfortable

We stayed here for a Girls Weekend and it was the perfect setting. There were 4 of us, so a bedroom for each, and shared 2 bathrooms. The shared living area is open with the kitchen, living room and dining area ombined making it easy to interact. All of the furniture and fixtures are top of the line. The owner is flexible and very easy to work with. The property is one block from the beach within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!

The property was beautiful, roomy, and well maintained.

We were pleased to see that the unit was exactly as depicted on the web site. The rooms were all a great size and the layout of the unit was perfect for our family. The short walk to the beach was a major plus for us. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the owner had left a nice tote bag and a bottle of wine for us. Dana was very responsive both before our vacation and while we were there. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
