🏡 Welcome to your next shore getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.

Primary Suite – Features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main level.

Guest Bedroom – Includes a queen bed and a sliding glass door for easy access to the deck and yard.

Bedroom 3 - includes a queen bed.

Bedroom 4 - includes two twin beds.

Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating and window AC units in every space.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Step outside onto the front porch with rocking chairs or relax on the side deck with a BBQ grill and dining set. A fully fenced-in grassy yard offers even more space for outdoor enjoyment. Beach gear, including chairs, a cooler, a wagon, and an umbrella, is provided for your convenience. Parking is available for up to two vehicles off-street, with additional free street parking in the neighborhood.

You're just a short walk from the pristine beaches that Wildwood Crest is famous for, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within a short drive or a pleasant walk. Enjoy casual eateries and family-friendly restaurants. A quick trip will take you to local shops and markets where you can find everything from beach essentials to unique souvenirs. The neighborhood is known for its quiet, residential feel, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to the action. Explore the nearby Sunset Lake, a beautiful spot for an evening stroll or to watch the sunset. You'll find the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting around Wildwood Crest is a breeze! You'll find ample free street parking right outside the house, and we offer off-street parking for up to two vehicles. For those flying in, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. While Wildwood Crest is best explored by car or bike, you can easily access nearby attractions and the Wildwood Boardwalk. Consider using ride-sharing services for convenient transportation. Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
