Make yourself at home in this cozy 1-bedroom Wildwood Crest retreat. This adorable condo has been completely renovated and has a full sized bed, WiFi, and a refreshing shower in the huge beautiful shower! Enjoy the heated pool after a long day at the beach just 3 blocks away. The boardwalk is also within walking distance and about 6 blocks away. This is truly a great location where you are so close to everything the island has to offer. The futon also opens up to a smaller double bed for laying down after a long day in the sun or for additional sleeping room for two young/small children or one child.

The property does have parking but it is limited and on a first come first serve basis. There are no assigned spots. Parking pass for only one vehicle will be left in the unit, and if parking in one of the lots the pass must be displayed in the vehicle.

Property has wifi and guests can watch their streaming accounts. A courtesy bag of a roll of toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap is provided. Linens are also provided for the bed but renters are responsible for their own beach towels. Bath towels are provided in the unit.

Brittons famous bakery around the corner for morning treats. You also have Bandanas, Duffers, Little Italy all just a few blocks away plus many other restaurants very close by. Stay close enough to the action to be able to walk but yet in a quieter safe family neighborhood.

Please note that this is a shared 34 unit condo building that spans half of a block. Some units have Ring doorbell cameras or other brand cameras on their doors, and the building has security cameras in common areas. These are not owned or operated by the host. If you are concerned about cameras you are not the type of guests we are interested in hosting. We are aware of high schoolers who utilize other accounts to book properties and the ongoing issues it is creating all over our wonderful island. Owners notify other owners of any concerns with underaged renters. HOA has age restrictions in place for this condo building and they strictly monitor and enforce it. If you are suspected to be underaged you will be asked to provide proof of age and identification and failure to do will result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
