The interior of the rental was roomy, clean& as expected. It was a short 5 block walk to Aster Rd. beach. The only significant issue was the outdoor lighting - it isn’t adequate. Particularly on the back steps. It’s very dark at night& my husband tripped walking down the steps to the driveway. We noticed there are several outdoor lights mounted onto the house on sensors and they point toward the driveway area and back steps, but none of them had build in them or were operational or had bulbs in them . There’s also a light post near the sidewalk on Aster Rd side of the house which looked cracked and had no bulb .The sidewalk was extremely dark walking and is a real safety issue for renters . Just in terms of preventing a a bad fall or a liability for the homeowner those lights should be repaired asap. Easy fixes. Otherwise it’s a great vacation rental. A few little suggestions , post a quick reference list on the fridge . Maybe include 1) Remove Keller Williams reaa as story ofgice key p/u drop off no longer necessary 2) Garbage: Where outdoor garbage cans are &is tenant responsible for leaving cans at curb for p/u or no . If yes when/where? 2) Instructions how to work TV remotes /channels available? 3)Quick reference list area grocery stores / pharmacy/hospitals /a few walkable non boardwalk restaurant options
