We did a last minute NYE trip with our two daughters and the indoor pool was a hit ! The condo was so clean and felt like we were home ! The host was the nicest ! Would give them a 10/10 .

Seapointe Village is the absolute best place to stay with your family when visiting the area. The community is clean, safe, friendly and has so much to offer with just a short walk to the beach! The owners were so nice and incredible to work with and the condo was kept clean and tidy with the best poolside view! My family and I will most definitely be back time and time again.

Wonderful property

Everything we needed was supplied for us and a wonderful location in the heart of Diamond Beach. Our hosts were very responsive to anything we needed and could not have been more kind.

I've been coming to Seapointe with my family for decades, and now my kids get to enjoy the experience as well. This was our favorite unit so far - it's clean, spacious and the location is super convenient. Maria and Mike are great hosts, they responded to inquiries right away, provide detailed and thorough instructions, and they even got us a luggage cart on arrival! We definitely plan to stay here again.

Fall getaway

Easter break vacay

The house was so clean and perfection location. Enough room for our family and close to the beach. Our son and his friend loved the indoor pool, park and basketball courts. We will definitely be making this a yearly spring break trip! The host were very accommodating and quick with responses. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Thanks for an amazing time!

September beach getaway

We had a great time here! The house is cozy, clean, and inviting. The kitchen is stocked if you want to stay in and cook, but plenty of nearby places to go for a meal. The beach is walking distance away, and there’s lots to do within the complex (many pools, basketball and tennis courts). Maria was a very responsive host!

Sensational Seapoint Stay

We had the pleasure of staying for a long Fall weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect! The unit was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and fully stocked with pretty much anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here and hope to reserve it again soon! Thank you for opening your home to us.

Our family stayed at Maria and Mike's property for our annual MDW Wildwood trip and could not be happier with our experience! Short but Sweet

Everything about this condo was perfect… it was clean, comfy and convenient to the beach and all that this area has to offer. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in. The grounds are immaculate and there are several pools to choose from or take a short walk to the beach. Booking was easy and the owner was very helpful to make certain all details were covered. This is a wonderful area to visit and I hope to return again next year.

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo and the amenties on the property. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect during the cold weather. Property owners were extremely helpful and kind. We hope to go back again! Don't hestitate to book this property.

Awesome stay

Came down for the ACWA Wildwoods National Duals with my two boys for the long weekend. Couldn’t ask for a better more convenient location. Property was awesome, clean and large with enough room for the three of us to come and get some rest after a long few days at the convention center. Check in was a breeze and the owners were so warm and welcoming, you can tell they take pride in their property and it really shows throughout. Will definitely look to stay here next year.

Property was great, and what was portrayed in the listing is what we got! Maria was extremely helpful in all areas, insuring that we had everything we needed. The kids loved the pools, and so much to do in the area. Great for family. Will more than likely be back soon!

Great reset weekend

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo is located perfectly to the pool and to the playground. Although we did not get to enjoy the outdoor pool because of the dates we came visited. My grandchildren 2 and 4 year ols did have a blast....We would certainly enjoy visiting again had a great time. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated.

Better than the Pictures!

Usually a rental does not look as good in person as it does in pictures BUT this one does!! We really enjoyed this home. The furniture was lovely and the home was very clean. The owners were very responsive and kind throughout the whole process! The gates neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and meticulous,nyet laid back and friendly! Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Great beach condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo was clean, well appointed and had a super location! The direct access to the pools from the condo was very convenient and great for the kids. Pride of ownership in this community surely showed. The property was beautiful including the grounds, the pools, and the private beach. The owner was incredible to communicate with, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!
