Bienvenido a nuestro condominio South Wildwood ubicado a solo 1. 5 cuadras de la playa y el paseo marítimo # 1 de Nueva Jersey.

Estancia mínima de 7 días (de sábado a sábado) desde Memorial Day hasta Labor Day. Otras veces estancia mínima de 2 días.

Se puede proporcionar ropa de cama (sábanas y toallas) por un suplemento.

Se incluyen 2 plazas de aparcamiento.

El condominio se actualiza con pisos hechos a mano, pintura fresca y televisores de pantalla plana.
Los muelles de atracciones y los parques acuáticos de Morey también están cerca. Estacione su automóvil y deje las llaves, está cerca de todo lo que necesita, como pizzerías, restaurantes mexicanos, panqueque, pacific grill, mini golf, helado, tienda de conveniencia, licorería, boutiques y más, todo dentro de un radio de 2 cuadras . Estamos cerca de la playa pero lo suficientemente lejos del ruido y la congestión del corazón de Wildwood.

Puede relajarse en la piscina con su refrigerador o nadar. Esta no es una pequeña piscina de "jacuzzi". Desde la entrada independiente en el primer piso, se sube un tramo de escaleras para llegar a la sala de estar con sistema de sonido envolvente para el hogar, sofá cama tamaño queen y sofá de dos plazas, comedor, medio baño y cocina totalmente equipada.

Arriba hay tres dormitorios, baño completo, centro de lavandería y amplio espacio de almacenamiento en el armario. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores inteligentes y persianas oscuras. El dormitorio principal tiene dos grandes ventanas que dan al área de la piscina. Todos los baños, cocina y comedor tienen pisos de cerámica.

Se podrán usar dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla.

Nuestra calle tiene muchas familias que han regresado por más de 20 años. Esto le da una cálida sensación de vecindario. Creemos que tendrá unas excelentes vacaciones aquí.

Nice clean place, walking distance to literally every place we wanted to go. Everything was as described. Only inconvenience was sewage backed up the day before we left so no one in the complex could shower or use water. Other than that it was great!

We stayed at this wonderful townhouse for two days in July. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, (try Venezia, Italian Restaurant) shops, and walking distance to the boardwalk. The townhouse itself was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. We particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy living room with a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The townhouse also had a swimming pool and parking was a great bonus. The host, Teuta, was incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided us with details of the area and were always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, our stay was fantastic. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches that made our visit special. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Wildwood NJ. Thank you, Tueta, for a memorable stay!

Our stay in Wildwood was excellent because our homebase was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Teuta, the owner, was helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely come and stay here again. The pool was also a bonus for us and it was clean also!

The unit is as clean, beds were all comfortable and the communication with the host was easy. We only had one issue with a TV not working but she replaced after our visit. Not too big of an issue bc we were busy on the boardwalk.

The place was perfect for us (4 adults and 2 children). We were able to walk to the boardwalk(I would probably drive up the next tine because the walk to the beach was another 500 yards. It was awesome though! Neighborhood was quiet, we did encounter a neighbor that had a screaming baby, walls very thin. The pool was great. Parking was good.

This was our first time in a long time staying at a VRBO and the owner made it extremely easy. He was responsive and immediately assisted in any way he could. The location was 2 blocks from the boardwalk and easy access to all restaurants in the area. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our family. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back for sure!

This was our first time visiting the area. I wanted a place close to the beach, parking for both vehicles and preferably a pool. This place has it all. It’s spacious nicely furnished and decorated. The only negative was that the house was really warm despite the air conditioning and fans. We will definitely be returning.

The property was comfortably furnished and clean and had all we needed. The pool was a bonus. The best was being able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and all the wonderful restaurants. The MudHen Brewery and the Dog's Tooth were 2 of our favorites. Cape May wineries a short drive and more great places to eat. The AC equipment in the closet of the 3rd bedroom was quite noisey, so our son ended up sleeping in the 2nd bedroom with his sister, but I don't think it would bother a child at all.

The town house was very clean and nicely decorated. My boys and I enjoyed the pool. There was an issue with the garbage disposal and the owner was diligent to get it taken care of. The bathrooms were a little small and the chairs at the table were uncomfortable. The chairs for the beach were convenient and light to carry. Everything was close by. It was also nice to have parking for 2 cars. The water pressure was good and stayed warm for all of us to shower. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful trip.

The property location was prefect for us! No crazy check in or out processes made it simple. Kitchen was adequate but missing measure cup and spoons. Keurig would have been better for my family. Queen matress was terrible!!! I would stay again but only if they upgraded from the RV type mattress.

House was surface clean where you can see. Would recommend deep clean air vents included. Damage to house was not disclosed prior to us going hand rail ripped out of the wall to upstairs and ceiling blades removed from fan in bedroom. Air conditioning unit for whole upstairs located in bedroom very loud and difficult to sleep also not disclosed. Not our type of place to stay. To top it off power to whole island went out at 10:00 AM Friday so we left early. Owner had no control over this happening heard power returned this morning.

This rental is located at an ideal spot close to the boardwalk, 1/2 a block from a dinner and an ice cream shop and within walking distance from several resturants. With a little effort, you walk to the Wildwood entertainment piers and mini golf. Street was surprisingly quiet and the pool handy for afternoon dips. Could use an upgrade on the pots and pans and I think the mini grill was missing an attachment. Nicely beachy feel to the decorations. HVAc system was a little noisy but with the fans truned on it moved the cool air around (though one bedroom fan lacked blades). Overall it met ours needs for the week.

The owners, the neighborhood and the home are immaculately clean, everything is within walking distance, the quietness of the neighborhood is awesome, wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you to the hosts for a beautiful place.

I would Definately book this place again. The condo was clean, cool and very roomy and comfortable, the only thing we had to bring was sheets and linens but that was totally ok. Owners are so nice and so prompt getting back to us ASAP. Thanks for the great stay. I give it a 10
