Located only 2 1/2 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk, there are many activities for the whole family to enjoy such as Morey's Amusement and Water Parks, live music and farmer's markets at the Byrne Plaza one block away, kayaking, and many options for dining.
You will love this beach condo's cozy yet refreshed atmosphere. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and includes a Keurig and all the necessary amenities to make delicious meals. The dining table seats 6 in addition to 3 more spaces at the kitchen counter. The living room is equipped with a smart TV, Wifi, and cable, as are all the bedrooms. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze. If anyone wishes to watch the sunset, sip some morning coffee, or dine outside, the front patio offers rocking chairs and a four-person table. The condo is located on the first floor at the end of the unit. It has a 2 car garage and an extra parking spot in front of the garage.

***In order to book, all adults must be 25 except for children traveling with parents. We will need a signed rental agreement and a copy of ID.
