Guests have access to the entire home — both bedrooms, both en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, screened back porch, fenced backyard, and the garaged ICON golf cart.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES (Resident ID required): Access to The Villages' pools, pickleball courts, golf, fitness classes, and more requires a Village Resident ID card ($50/person; limit 2 per home). Once you have your IDs, visit any Regional Recreation Center to request guest passes for additional members of your group.
Guest passes are valid for all amenities except sports pools. You do not need to be present for your guests to use the facilities. A small greens fee (~$11) applies at executive golf courses.
Please note: commercial vehicles may not park on-site overnight.
We're available by message throughout your stay and typically respond within an hour. For anything urgent, you can reach us directly by phone.

GOLF CART: The included ICON golf cart is street-legal within The Villages' designated cart paths. Guests drive at their own risk. A valid driver's license is required.
QUIET HOURS: Please observe community quiet hours from 10pm–8am.
NO SMOKING: The home is strictly non-smoking indoors. No open flames on the screened porch.
PARKING: Two vehicles max in the driveway. No RVs or commercial vehicles overnight.
