“This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response”

“This was our first time visiting the villages. We loved our place and had a great time. There was some food left in the pantry, coffee and other little things that made it feel at home. We loved the squares. Brownwood square is close enough with golf cart but, I would take care for Sumter lake.”

It was spotless when we arrived and exactly as advertised on the VRBO site. Our guest passes were waiting for us so we were able to avail of the amenities immediately. Golf cart was also ready to roll. The host is very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to book here!”

“This property is amazing! From the location, which is quiet and peaceful yet a quick drive to Magnolia plaza and Sawgrass Grove is everything you want in the newer section of the villages. And if you are a first time renter in the villages, do your homework!!! It is vast and has many different personalities based on your location. “Overall , the property was fine. It was as advertised and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. The drawback was the living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable! Little support in the seats. Also being a little chilly this month, it would have been nice to have the curtains on the golf cart. Zippers are broke so they weren’t useable.”

“The rental was nicely equipped for daily needs. The several cable TVs were very welcomed. It is in a new and safe area with nearby shopping. Any issues were tended to quickly and effectively. The guest room needs some clothing storage furniture and a mirror!”
