Curaçao penthouse lol
The apartment was lovely great location for us. However I didn’t receive online check in so had to wait in line for about half an hour to get checked in which was a bit of a hassle. The girl gave us a piece of paper with one line address and told us to give it to the taxi driver who said we should have more information, finally got that sorted and the driver dropped us off and gave us more directions to find address no sign of it. Luckily a couple people came along and managed to help us. Lift was out of order, a maintenance man helped us up the stairs but keys wouldn’t work, finally found out he was trying to get in the wrong apartment. When we got to the correct one it was very nice and clean. But it didn’t have the view advertised, there were no duvets on the beds, took 3 days to get them, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work 3 days to get that sorted. Day 2 we got back to the apartment and it wreaked of sewage everywhere. We couldn’t use the bathroom in hallway after that and had a towel blocking door to help contain smell and constantly putting disinfectant in other drains. Checked out online but was informed had to exchange keys with management co. Time set for 10.30-11. Nobody showed up tried calling no answer emailed still no response. I will say it was a nice place easy access once lift was fixed good location for us however very frustrating at times
