“Séjour fantastique. Service et prestations exceptionnelles, dignes d’un établissement etoilé Service et attentions du personnel sont un vrai plaisir”

“This was a great property and a very fair price. Super well positioned if you are touring north Burgundy as it 4 mins from the A6. A huge supermarket just 11 mins away. Well equipped kitchen. My only problem was that all the communications came through Expedia including the code to get the key. So you need to be really sure you can access your Expedia messages to enter the property. Several guests were struggling a little bit with access when we were there - although they all seemed to get in...

“No wifi at property so unable to see code to enter property. Yard very unkempt..weeds and dark when we arrived. my mistake to go to wrong apartment on the property but I couldn’t get the message and had no response from owner once I did get wifi at a local bar. Only 2 tea bags. We would have appreciated a little amount of milk .”

“Muy opciones cerca para comer”

“Habitacion correcta. Personal amable.”

“Reserve habitacion "privilege" con cama queen y me dieron standard con 2 camas. Me cobraron habitacion privilege - viendo las fotos, claramente la numero 48 que me dieron es standard. Destaco ademas la pesima atencion de 2 personas (mujeres) en la recepcion. Por el contrario a la mañana a la salida hubo una muy amable. Puede ser que NADIE hable ingles u otra lengua ademas del frances???”

“Excelente ”

“Heel leuk en sfeervol hotel. Dichtbij het centrum van Auxerre. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hebben er van genoten!”

“La recepcion nueva y muy amables.El baño viejo le falta reforma.La calefacion no esta conectada.”

“The rudest woman in the world met us on arrival, after the entry instructions included needing to phone a French number. Our Australian phones were unable to do this so this step caused a problem. Inside, our room was basic with paper cups wrapped in plastic, smokers seated under our window chatting a lot and noise transferred from other rooms.”
