There is abundant outside seating which meant you could move around to catch the sun or shade. The pool was a great addition especially if you have kids who prefer a pool to swimming in the ocean. “An outstanding house that served the needs of our adult family perfectly. The views are amazing. The back yard pool area was outstanding. The pool had a leak and was low on water, but still swimmable and going to be repaired soon we were told. The "roads" leading to the house ... wow ... that is all you can say ... LOL. Be prepared for an off-road experience ... but this is the nature of the island as a whole. Overall though this vacation was perfect. Beautiful island and it's people are...

“We really loved our stay! The host was awesome and communicated very well. We even got to check in a bit early which was so nice after our all night flight. The beach nearby was amazing and we walked there each morning. The house was perfect; it was so nice to have the kayaks and other beach things. My son loved the skim board. It was also very handy to have the washer/dryer so we didn’t have a ton of laundry upon returning home!”

“We stayed at Villa Oceana last week and had the best time. We were celebrating my 50th birthday. Lynda was wonderful in helping us find a restaurant for my birthday dinner and helping us get a cake and gluten free cupcakes (my daughter is GF) delivered for my birthday. The beach was very relaxing. We did some excursions on the island as well and had a great time. We loved the Villa and hope to be back one day!”

The upstairs Patio was everything we wanted relax and enjoy a sunset after your day and the view. Breea delights right on the beach she has the best drinks on the islands and perfect great beach lunches and so friendly! Owners were wonderful and answered questions in minutes. We will be back !”

Secondly, we couldn't have picked a more beautiful property to stay at then Xanadu House! The house has the most spectacular views from every angle!!! “This house was so well equipped. It had so many floaties, kayaks, and paddle boards for the pool and beach. We had board games and books inside. We had a play pen for the baby to sleep in. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked every day. The nearby grocery store was good. The property manager wouod answer me within less than 4 minute response time. You need this house in your life. The beach is so amazing there is no need to go explore other beaches. You made it to pure paradise.”

Esther, the property manager was so attentive and made sure any issue that arose was taken care of immediately. The location is so convenient to Georgetown and the airport. Oh, and did I mention the view? That beautiful blue water and beach right outside your door! We will definitely choose Starfish House when we return to Exuma!!!”

“This house was beautiful. There is a small coral reef in the water right in front of the house. Gorgeous view of the ocean and you can paddle to the sandbar. Char the hostess was so responsive and welcoming.”
