Spring break

The house was gorgeous and the property was amazing. The one downside was it smelled like cigarette smoke from most likely the previous tenant so it would be good to strictly enforce no smoking. Other than that the house was perfect and it had everything we needed.

Absolutely Amazing

We had the most amazing stay! The house is so beautifully decorated and well appointed…the pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. We worked with Judy to have groceries delivered which worked out well due to grocery hours / limited availability. Our family loved our stay so much that we booked the house for next year while we were still there!

We had a wonderful time here. Everything you need is stocked an available for use! We appreciated the attention to detail and the way that the home welcomed us. It is located on a beautiful stretch of beach! We cant say enough of good things about our first experience here! Hoping to return many times in the future!

Fantastic Family Vacation

The home is beautiful! The beach was awesome! We kayaked to the little island you view from the house. Any issues were taken care of by Judy, the manager. Our family had the best time! Great memories! We would stay here again! Oh….and the beds are so cozy! I would recommend this place for a great family vacation.

Best Beach House I have ever stayed in

The house was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect, the views were beautiful. Judy the house manager was above and beyond. Andy the home owner responds quickly and thoroughly to any questions I had. This was hands down the best vacation I have ever had.

Great stay in Little Exuma!!

We had an amazing week at Yumey Sands! The house is just as advertised and the view off the deck was absolutely breathtaking. As many have mentioned before, the kitchen is well stocked (even had spices, ketchup, S&P, etc already in the cupboard), the beds are very comfortable, and there was no shortage of kayaks to use for exploring. Brea's just down the beach is a great amenity as well! We had the perfect trip and would highly recommend Yumey Sands to others!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property is truly amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. The view of the ocean as you walk in the front door is breathtaking. We spent 7 nights in this beachfront villa and it wasn't long enough-we can't wait to return. Judy the property manager was great with responding to our needs. Thank you for a perfect family getaway.

Fabulous Yumey Sands

This property is perfectly located on the most beautiful yet uncrowded beach. It is nicely appointed and well-equipped. This area is somewhat remote so a car is helpful if one is staying for any length of time. Andy is a terrific host and his local team is very responsive and exceptionally helpful. All in all, a wonderful vacation. Definitely returning next year!

Outstanding everything!

Family reunion at the twin houses. We stayed at both the yellow and the blue homes. We cooked in some nights and also arranged had arranged local chefs to cook for our large group. Ate at Blu On The Water one night which was lovely. Judy was very helpful in every way. Would love to come back!

Incredible!

House was beautiful, beach was beautiful. Property manager picked us from the airport with a van for us to use for the 5 days (extra cost), took us to the grocery and liquor stores and made sure we got settled into the property before leaving us. Our only issue was the air conditioning- it worked but the house got into the 80s overnight and we were all warm but thankfully all rooms had ceiling fans! Highly recommend this property and location.

Wonderful Vacation

Everything about this house is great! We rented it with a few friends for the week. The owners did not skip any details when it comes to all of the amenities that are needed when you are vacationing out of the country. The view overlooking Tropic of Cancer Beach was superb! You really cannot get a better view anywhere! I’ve been to several islands in the Caribbean and this has definitely been a favorite. Make sure to rent a boat with a captain and explore the different sandbars/Cays in the area.

This house is all you can ask for and more! Beautiful decor, huge family gathering space with plenty of bedrooms for privacy, clean, well equipped - kitchen with anything you could ever think of at your fingertips, a lovely pool, and the most beautiful beach in the world right off the back deck… Andy gives you all the info you need before you get there, and Judy is available for anything you need while you’re there. The bar just down the beach is so cute and fun! Santana’s and Tropic Breeze are amazing for close local food. The people of Exuma could not be more lovely! We cannot wait to return… ♥️♥️♥️

Amazing house on an incredible beach

This house is beautiful and well stocked with kayaks, snorkle gear, life vests, games and the kitchen gear was also plentiful with the latest gadgets. The decor is perfect too...nice comfy yet beautiful furnishings. fluffy towels, nice bedding. We loved the ability to boogie board, kayak then shower off in the outdoor shower and jump in the pool. Weather was amazing, too. No issues with bugs and we cooked our own meals and stayed at the property due to Covid but really enjoyed it! Highly recomended!

Beautiful Villa on a Beautiful Beach

We just returned from a week at this beautiful property. Everything was perfect. The Villa has everything you could possibly need inside and out. The pool area is great for the kids with amazing ocean views. We enjoyed many beach walks - it's about 2km of perfect white sand beach. Judy the house manager had groceries pre-stocked which was such a nice way to arrive and also arranged a chef for all our dinners - all the meals were fantastic and Chef Dana was amazing! - would highly recommend. Thanks Chef Dana and Judy! We look forward to returning to this property.

Piece of Paradise

Me and my family had a wonderful time in Exuma and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yumey Sands! The location is much more private than other parts of the beaches and the beach and view is pristine! Judy and her family were fantastic and easy to work with and really help relieve the stress and anxiety of traveling. The home was equipped with much more than we expected. There wasn’t much we needed besides some groceries and our swimsuits. My kids all loved the kayaks and there was plenty of pool gear, snorkeling gear, and some indoor board games to keep them busy! Overall I’d def Rex commend this home and we personally can’t wait to go back!

Magical

House had everything you could possibly want and was very clean! The house was beautiful and the beach was as pretty as any beach any of us had ever seen! Judy was very responsive to all of our needs and her daughter and her son came and cooked us a great meal one night! Went on a seven beaches tour with Captain Justin from Exuma Water Sports which was also wonderful! Ate at Santana's 3 days in a row and the food was great all 3 days! Ended our trip with a night at Blu on the Water and the food and service were excellent! Last year we stayed at 'that resort' north of the airport and there was no comparison, Yumy Sands was in a different league! Every amenity exceeded our expectations! When we return to Exuma we know where we will stay!

Impeccable property with outrageous view!

It was tough to leave this place! The property itself is beautiful...very nicely furnished both inside and out. The entertainment space outside was just as nice (and larger) than the great room. There is great attention to detail regarding entertainment: inside - games, cards, books and speakers; outside - floats, kayaks, paddleboards, cornhole, ladderball and more. We loved everything about this house! The location is a bit quiet and remote (about a 30 min drive to Georgetown), but it’s well worth it for the spectacular Tropic of Cancer beach and views. Judy, the property manager, was attentive to our needs and questions. She made dinner and excursion reservations for us too. This was the perfect location for our family of 5 (3 adult teens) to get away to!

Family Time

The house was amazing and the owners have clearly thought of everything, including the most comfy beds ever. We ordered a groceries from Judy and also arranged a catered dinner through her, which all worked out perfectly. As described, the house is on a very quiet part of the island with only a beach bar that can be walked to. Was perfect for most, but some were a little restless with that. The no-see-ums are bad (Bahamas thing, not a house issue) so use the baby oil when they are biting. The beach and water are incredible, and even those of us that have previously stayed out of oceans ended up swimming because it was so perfectly clear.
