“The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's hard traveling with 3 big kids. One hotel room just doesn't cut it. For about the same price as two hotel rooms, we got to stay together and had the benefit of extra spaces like the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Unfortunately, we didn't get to take advantage of the Kingsmill amenities because we were only there one night, and the weather didn't cooperate. Maybe next time! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall, it was a great stay. The two condos were joined together by a small cove with two separate doors (same key to access both) and housed our three families well. The rooms were a bit worn (a few broken cabinet hinges and some corner cobwebs), but in general were clean. The “extras” of the activities were fantastic including both pools, mini-golf and pickleball. The location worked great for our trips to Jamestown (10 minutes) and Yorktown (30 minutes). We would stay again.”

“I booked a 4 BR condo and upon arrival, it was actually 2 separate 2BR condos with one of those having the distinct smell of marijuana and cigarettes. I was offered another 2 2BR condos but elected to cancel the reservation with a full refund due to the resort not having the 4BR that is advertised.”

“Unit has a pullout bed but not enough bedding for it, not enough towels if you do have more than 2 ppl. Very disappointed in the activities. More than once the “closed” early. My 11 year old missed a lot because we would go to the event that was from 2-4 and at 315 the ride balloon lady said she was done and had to leave. Wouldn’t even give the kids that she was turning away a balloon. Same happened with a trivia and another activity. It’s too bad my daughter is going to w&m starting August and...

“We love this property. We’ve been going there for years. This is the first time I’ve had a little bit of bad service took us two days to get trash bags. We were there for five days. That was very unacceptable that we had a great time and the kids enjoyed their self great. ”

“We were really pleased with the cleanliness of our suite and the spaciousness that made it easy to spread out and spend four nights there with our family of four. The suite had everything we could have wanted- plenty of linens and kitchenware, comfy beds, and laundry in-unit. The resort is close to groceries, restaurants, coffee, and all the sites in the Williamsburg area. The resort’s mini golf and pool were awesome amenities that we felt provided a great value for the stay. We’ll gladly stay...

“The place was as described. Very clean, staff was helpful. Condo is very spacious. I loved that they offered many supplies. I was assigned a second floor unit so, you may hear the tenants walking above you. I would stay again but ask for a third floor if possible. Pool bar was amazing. We loved the amenities. ”
