The staff was very helpful from the very start. The room was very clean and perfect for the two of us. We only did the Put Put. But the game room, pool and restaurant were very well taken of. If we come back to Williamsburg, we will be back.

Condo was very clean and well taken care of. The amenities were excellent for all ages. We loved having a washer and dryer combo located in the condo. The location was excellent for restaurants, tours of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place to stay. The amenities on the property were great. Clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, lit parking area, and very friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and adequate paper products for a couple, plenty for a four day stay. Conveniently located to various places to eat and entertainment. The only suggestion would be outside seating areas at the condos. Whether that would be benches and/or chairs for enjoying the outdoors.

Fun and energetic family resort. I would stay here again if I was bringing kids. Lots for kids to do to entertain themselves. I probably would not choose this if I were not bringing kids. The mattress was uncomfortable and felt old and the walls are paper thin. Kept up by people partying one night and fighting another night. Also, the timeshare reps are a little aggressive and we had just rented this unit and were not interested in timeshare ownership or the "welcome tour." But all in all, I would still stay here again. The amenities and vibe are really nice.

4/10 Mala

No le gustó: Servicio y personal
The listing stated that there would be a patio or balcony which ended up not being true and was very disappointing. The walls were very thin so we could hear the neighbors most of the day. The refrigerator is outdated and wouldn’t stay closed. The furnishings were also outdated and there isn’t very much storage space so the room was cluttered with our luggage. The pools and game room were enjoyed very much by our 4 year old daughter. For some reason the tennis court closes at 4 pm so we didn’t have time to use it. We likely wouldn’t stay here again due to the inaccurate description of the room. We contacted guest services but they clearly did not care about resolving the issue. They just want you to buy one of the units.

Loved staying here! Very clean room (and I’m pretty particular). Lots of fun things to do on the property (mini golf, heated pool, theater, arcade set to free play mode). Staff was very friendly! My only complaint would be the parking spots are too tight. Everything else was wonderful!
